The Foundation's FMPS TAKWIN training center was created with the aim of promoting and enhancing the development of the professional skills of preschool actors .
The FMPS' training approach allows beneficiaries to strengthen their basic knowledge of preschool pedagogy and to match their professional goals.
As a result, this training allows its beneficiaries to discover the different learning methods and development strategies to be applied later in the classroom.
In order to promote and enhance the development and progression of the professional skills of the actors in the field of preschool, the FMPS adopts a training approach consisting of proposing a personalized and professionalizing approach.
This tailor-made approach is focused on child's needs and on learning methods. In this way, it enables its beneficiaries to strengthen their basic knowledge of preschool pedagogy.
And as a result they improve and perfect their professional activities.
Beyond that, it allows them to spread their knowledge to the production engineering of the various teaching tools and materials, in order to support the effective management of their classes.
